Finally after many rejection, i have an offer to me as BDR for a saas company that just setting up a new team here in my country. I count myself blessed though was through a recruiter that arranged the interview and offers. The Comp $55k base + OTE 40% of the base + Health coverage + 4days work week. What did you guys think?

I have my first round McKinsey phone case interview today and honestly feel nervous enough to throw up. Anyone done this type of screen before/have any tips or pointers to pass?

We are short staffed have been for over 6 months, those of us that are left are trying to keep up but we are struggling hard-core. Is the Workday Payroll Certification really worth it?

Especially considering you can make a similar amount of money doing the other core HCM modules without having to learn about the Practitioner side of things in Payroll.

Also, if you want to exit to an internal role, 9/10 job openings that I see do not even list payroll as a requirement but you'll always see the core modules+ Absence & TT.

I was recently laid off from a OEM start up in a 20% company wide work force reduction. I have had multiple interviews since then and almost all, except one have said I was being pushed to the next round. Out of the couple that I was told I was pushed to the next round, one or two have just vanished and won’t return emails or phone calls. I understand things can change (found someone better suited) but is this ghosting thing a norm now?
