My current company is going out of business next week. I am rushing to get my next job lined up (probably won’t happen in time but I’m trying my best). My question is: should I be honest about why I’m looking for a new job? Is it wrong to not share this info during my interviews? Is this situation going to affect my interview process somehow? If I didn’t have to take the MPRE previously but looking to waive into DC, when do I need to take the MPRE? Prior to applying or can I apply and submit my score following submission of my application to get the background investigation going?

Made a career pivot to another agency. During the interview we talked about how it may start as initially a "step backwards" (pay/benefits) but has potential for more long term growth. First day was yesterday. Had no communication about when or where to show up, sat in an empty office for about half an hour before a couple people finally showed. No phone call or email. Sent an email to the founder, no response. I could easily get my old job back if wanted.

What would you do in this situation?

I got selected last week but till now didn't get my offer letter, HR told they will send the offer letter within a week.

After enquiring, now she is saying your offer is pending with India head, after that it will go to US office for approval?

For those of you who had an allergic reaction to the COVID vaccine, how did you get a vaccine exemption? I had mine last year, experienced vertigo for 3 days, but didn't go to the doctor (since it went away the 4th day). I checked the CDC website, saw vertigo isn't listed under normal symptoms, and cancelled my appointment for the 2nd dose.
