What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice? I have cleared interview with Wipro a month ago and after 15 days I received a simple mail from HR saying you are selected.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

What should I do now?

I m doing leet code problem solving practice since last two months to crack coding interview however I feel it is hard to solve medium and hard category problem most of time . I’ve gradually moved on from ex-bf from 1y ago, but still to this day have this greatest fear that I’d crumble if and when I hear he is getting engaged or married to someone.

I wanted a life with him but he couldn’t see it with me (midway of our relationship) or with anyone before me. I do wish him to find his happiness.
