When I did it (3 years ago) it was just hackerrank and it was really quick. The only thing I remember was needing to build a times series model in Python in 10 minutes.

Right?! I’d want to evaluate the RMSE and cumulative predictions of multiple models against multiple test sets and stage it incrementally. No way I could do that in 10 min. Not sure I like that method of interviewing. Op - let us know how it goes

Are tucks MBB numbers really that good? I saw a student on Reddit say about 35 mbb internships were granted in their year out of about 150 applicants (70-90 interviews per firm). Not sure what to make of this. Additionally, is it true that the battle is to get interviews and once you get one, then it’s just a matter of you performing (I.e., you’re no longer competing against classmates)?

In July I missed my promo to SM. A woman has been preferred even if she was underqualified (my MD's words), as at Accenture we have quotas for women. I'm interviewing with Deloitte, they told me I'll help building the practice. In the meantime I was assured by my MD that in December I'll get the promo. I don't really care changing company, even if I've built a network, I don't think I need to wait if I can. Your thoughts?

Made a mistake of moving to US 10 years ago thinking this was the best country! Finally after looking for a good job opportunities for 3 years and several rounds of interviews, moving to Switzerland for good.
