Have an offer from PwC as a SA in their Talent, Change, and Behaviors area (Workforce Transformation). Anyone have insight on this practice? I’m flip flopping hard on if I should take this offer.. comp is good but it’s a lateral and may be focused more on implementation and change management work than what I am used to. Not sure about exit opportunities either if I decide it’s not for me.
