Have an offer to move to a Fortune 500 company as a finance manager and an offer to move to a small PE owned company ($200m in revenue) as a business strategy manager. Same pay. Small company has me working with CFO/CEO/PE firm directly and large company has more perks/benefits and more defined career progression. Which to take? I’m conflicted!
