Has anyone left PwC while they still had an outstanding Educational Support Program repayment agreement? What is the repayment process like? Am I required to pay back the amount in full the day I leave the firm or is there the ability to do a repayment agreement? I’m looking at new opportunities and would like to have my new firm take on the amount of the tuition agreement ($14,000) but don’t know how much that might limit my options.
I think she’s ready for me to be done today 🤷♀️

Just say "great to be working with you again today" like every day
Worked 30 years in hospitals. i agree with the director..a card seems overboard. Just say something like, ' good morning it's Mary again..how can i help you get started (pull the charts for rounds?)" He will learn to value you over time. Remember to never interrupt or talk during rounds. If it's something serious, talk with him privately. Some hospitals have such high turnover they lo se track of who is who. Don't take it personally. When i was a fellow I pulled the charts and then flagged the charts that needed new orders for the docs I worked under. Helpful..not intrusive.
I suppose it couldn't hurt to do something like that. But the physician who forgot he'd been working with you might have forgotten the card anyway. I think it might be best to just remind people as you're with them who you are and not give them anything else to read.
Did he hire you? If he did, I would keep looking for a new position. If he didn't. Is there additional staff in and out. Were you introduced to the physician? Did you make sure to try and connect with him day one. Doctors are very single minded. There also a tendency to be angry at the wrong person. Again if you're feeling dismissed right away, don't expect it to get better
I did a communication speech class, selling yourself, one student took off her coat and walked to the front of class, but on her butt she taped a sign that had her name on it , so we knew her name before she spoke! Name , high school or college and maybe jobs you’ve had!
Seems as if what you're describing is more of a time related thing. I doubt the dr was doing anything intentional, just like you, he/she probably has a lot on their plate.
IMHO, once you're there a bit longer, and workers/patients like, respect you, it probably won't be much of a "thing" anymore. Just show up everyday and keep doing good work, the rest will eventually take care of itself.
