My only advice is talk it through, get clarity from her perspective and then share how you feel... just make sure you listen to her and you repeat what she says in a way to acknowledge her.
Done that and will continue to do that
Part of it may or may not be postpartum depression, which is way more common than people think - not sure if there’s a delicate way to see if that’s relevant here but obviously a therapist would be a starting point
Agree with BCG1 on the post partum possibility. If you cannot get her to talk to a therapist, you can always contact her Ob/GYN and have them talk to her. Don't delay though, the longer it goes unchecked the worse it gets for her and everyone else.
Agree with all of this. Good ObGyns are on the lookout for this
