Have been noticing from past 3-4 months there has been a trend to silently layoff GCM 4-5 with higher range packages.
They are put on bench, WFM never gives them any projects, and after 4 months they are shamed and asked to resign.
You also must have noticed why some people don't get any calls at all.. This is the game plan.
