I hav been working as a research analyst in the financial services domain for 1.6 years. While I have gained valuable experience in this role, I have come to realize that the work has become somewhat monotonous in my current company.

I believe that there may be limited opportunities for further technical growth within my current organization.I am actively seeking bigger roles that can provide me with new opportunities for advancements. Let me know if you have any suggestions or recommendations.

What book have you read that was helpful for your career and/or that you would recommend? Could be a technical book, management, etc. For me, it’s a book I read a few years ago: The Phoenix Project. I never thought I would read and like a novel about DevOps but I recommend it to all my managers.

I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.
