Is this in the USA? I cannot imagine in the US internal corporate feedback on interviews is defined as personal (e.g., "your") data. It is most certainly from a legal perspective the organizations data. At best as others have stated the recruiter or HR person you worked with as a liason can provide high level feedback, but dont expect much in the way of highly detailed info - such as the verbatim internal notes/feedback from whomever you interviewed with - because there is nothing but risk of litigation should they choose to do so.
There’s no upside for companies to share anything with you because it increases the risk of a discrimination suit. Your best bet would be to reach out directly to someone you interviewed with (not HR) and try to convince them you are really just trying to get better, not compiling evidence for a grievance.
Yeah I don’t know where you’re getting this “legal right” to the data from interviews. Not a lawyer, but I’ve never heard of this in 17 years on both sides of the interview process.
There is no need to seek feedback from real interviews. They won’t be straight with you for multiple reasons. A better route is to work with a coach or even an executive recruiting company to hone your skills. There are people out there who can help you.

What do you mean “your data”? Like, their notes on why they didn’t want you?
Yes I was just reading a company’s policy and that’s how they refer to it.

I’ve asked for feedback - sometimes it’s given, usually it’s not.
