I believe l I’ll get a standard increment of 8-9% for this year. 1) when can i be expected to be promoted to sr analyst within band 30 2) how much increment I’ll get in moving from analyst to sr analyst within band 30

I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.
