Hello all, I am a supply chain planner for manufacturing of bespoke rigs and also procure for some projects (all engineering based /research). However I do not come from an engineering background and feel like I’m finding it hard to move up. I am not sure what I can do to improve my knowledge, skills and chances to move to managerial positions, I’m also considering whether I should switch industries or get a masters degree. Any advice to give me some direction is greatly appreciated. Thx

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. Need career advice. Trying to break into a finance role, preferably an Analsyt role but I have no transferable experience. I worked as a mortgage loan officer (which is sales) for 2 years after college, but since mortgage is such a niche industry, no hard skills transfer and have no relevant undergrad internships unfortunately. I am a ReactJS developer (frontend) with 3.8 years of experience. I currently switched my company but they don't have an opening for ReactJS and kept me on a bench for 3 months and they are telling me now to learn AEM technology and work on the AEM project for now.
They hired me for a package of 16 LPA.
So my questions are is it a good technology to learn? Should I say yes and have a career in it?
