I have been into IT from past 3 years as Business Analyst. Being a BA in this organisation, my work is to have requirement Elicitation calls, document the requirements, provide the document to the dev team and acts as a SME for the dev team.

Cany anyone suggest what technical skills to learn to transform myself from functional BA to techno-functional BA?

Be honest, do you see yourself staying in the game to make partner?

I know someone earings 50 lakhs per annum with 5 years of experience in .net full stack technology. Is it possible this much growth in 5 years.

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. Looking to do a career pivot into VC. Have 12+ years of B2B tech marketing experience with IBM, Google, Deloitte and a number of startups. Have skills in messaging, product launches, and sales and enjoy diving deep on my personal investments (all public companies beyond a few RSUs). Have an MBA in the back pocket too. Thoughts are to join as a marketing expert and learn unique VC investment philosophy. Any advice on how to break into the VC world? Just started networking/planning.

Are online executive leadership programs helpful in getting a higher level role or getting noticed for Director and above jobs? Or does it not matter if you have a decent amount of experience? 10+ years?

What are the key differences in an account management role between PR firms and traditional ad agencies? Are there any major skills someone would need to build when transitioning to ad land? Or is a lot of it transferable?

Does getting snapshot at partially next level in 4 perimeter and next level in 1 perimeter will be enough to get promotion? I have received similar kind of 5 snapshot. ( some cases next grade in 2 perimeter)

My partner is in corporate banking, but he wants to switch to a consulting/strategy-based role. I noticed people with those jobs typically have an MBA, and also majority of the job ads in similar roles has MBA as either a requirement or preferred qualification. So:

Looking to transition into an HR leadership position. 17+ years experience in running a startup managing 50-100 people (15 years) and handled all facets of hiring, firing, compensation, negotiation, training and employee relations. I am done with all round of TCS even started with a negotiation round too. First call HR said we can give you 16lpa including variables. I have tried to go for a fixed 16lpa. And now she says Management only afford 12lpa. Even at the same time she says you deserve 14-15lpa fixed as per market, the mangt can only afford 12lpa. Back to back call from HR. Doc verification started what it means? They have a good budget as far as I know from consultancy.

Ex:6 BA current CTC 8.5.
