Does it really annoy anyone else that swimming has SO many medals in the olympics. Like soccer has ONE (2 if you count both genders) Why do we need 19 events for swimming (38 for both genders not counting mixed events). People will come in w technique and stamina and skill etc but to me it just seems really weird

Hi guys, Could you please help me out on what to be filled here, I've 3 years of experience and I don't think I would be falling under gratuity that will be '0'. But I'm not sure of what to be filled on "Leave Encashment Exemption". I've 170 hours of leave balance. My HRBP dose not respond at all I've been trying to contact her from weeks and there's no response to any of mails nor pings on teams. I really appreciate you for helping me fill this?

Interview tomorrow for a tax associate opening at RSM. Been working in a mid-size city (different firm) that is about 70 minutes from this new home office in a larger metro. How flexible is WFH or dual model going forward post Covid? Am interested in this position and going to tax, but not be able to relocate for family reasons. Don’t want to drive 700 miles per week M-F. What will dual model be like going forward? 1-2 times week, 4-5 month? Seems like tax was more flexible than audit pre-Covid
