I'm a MBA Finance guy, trying to get into SAP FICO roles but I don't find much opportunities for a fresher in India.

At this point, I can think of only 2 options :

Option 1. Assist some experienced FICO consultant (finding someone like that who agrees uncertain).

Option 2. I have heard fake experiences are common nowadays. But I'm not sure how this thing works in the industry.

I want to know your POV on both these points and if there's any other option apart from these 2 also.

How much offer can i expect from IQVIA india for senior business analyst role? 8 YOe, skill business analyst, BE and MBa qualification, current ctc 12.36. Hr discussion pending.

Earlier during expected CTC i said 20lacs, however i feel i quoted less.

Is exp hiring easier than through college/mba? I assume there might be less competition but more self selection and less spots

I would like to transfer my career to Healthcare Data Analytics. I’m gaining my data analytics certification by the ending of November. I’ve also worked and still currently working for great healthcare company’s. I also have lots of great healthcare data experience. My only concern is no degree. What can I say to recruiters that will WOW them or replace the fact I have no degree because that’s what most of these company’s require.

Recently obtained my aPHR and I’m considering next steps in advancing my career. I am eligible to sit for the SHRM-CP presently and will not be able to sit for a PHR until 09/2023. Any pros/cons with either certification? Should I wait to sit for PHR or go for SHRM-CP now?

I know I will get hated by saying this. Do you think gay pride events are portraying a bad image about our community to public? Hello fellow SAP Consultants!
I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.
