Going for a final round interview with OW Dubai. Can anyone share their experience?

I have two things i want to know!
1. I have a an interview with Disney coming up for a Comms strategy specialist. How should I prep for that?
2. I want to apply to Microsoft for a Comms Manager role. I am having a hard time on finding the right people to network with for a referral/how to stand out from the crowd.
So if anyone has any tips or people i can talk to would be great!!

Does McKinsey and BCG go for external hires for the “Principal” role (level below MD/Partner) Or is everyone home grown at this level.

Moving from a boutique (<30 employees, MBB competitor) to the strategy practice of a Big 4. Have only worked for boutiques in the past, so I’m expecting there to be some major differences in terms of working style.

What are the major differences and ‘watch outs’ you would point out to me? Could be anything from culture, to red tape, to compliance etc.

I’ve just passed the final interview for a Business Development Manager position for SaltPay, UK. Does anyone know of the commission structure, KPI’s etc to expect? Hi, I got an offer letter from oracle as software engineer. Offered package was 17.91LPA including pf (17 fixed )

My YOE: 3.6.

CCTC: 10.5

Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.
