I am currently working as a Senior Systems Administrator with primary skill sets like - Azure, Azure AD, O365, Automation, AWS, Linux & scripting. I have 8.5 years of industry experience.

I want switch into a full time DevOps role. Any help & reference will be much appreciated.
Learning and Hands on experience in - Kubernates, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, CI/CD Pipelines.

What sort of marketing role(s) does a general strategy consulting toolkit make a consultant looking to exit into industry in the marketing function well suited for?

Need some feedback! So I was forced to move jobs about 6 months ago due to reorg and the new leader opting to bring their existing EA with them, without even meeting me. If stayed at the company but accepted an offer for a job outside of the department I was in. I’ve now been asked by a manager from my old department to apply for a job they’re opening that would be a 2 step promotion. She thought she got my managers permission to approach me (see comments)

So I finished my 3rd interview with a company and the TA specialist said they loved me but can’t meet me at my bottom line salary, however, I said I can negotiate and she said she’s going to speak with the decision makers and see if they’re okay with that. What does this mean? This is for a marketing specialist role. I’m asking for $70K bottom line

I’m an early startup having raised a bit of money from family and friends to help grow my business. Time is moving fast and I’m potties I won’t hit my targets and being the return back to those who invested.
Once I have used the money that’s been invested there’s no way of seeing it again and still bringing the return quick enough.

The numbers still show it’s possible, I still believe in the concept and I’m still growing, I think I just have some imposter syndrome.

I have a hard time addressing chats when I am focused on something else, because I know it will completely derail me.
