My interior zipper broke and I stopped in a store to ask if they do repairs and they said to bring it in and they’ll just replace it. I'm an MBB Consultant with an offer for a role in Strat Ops in another country. How does your firm measure utilization? I work for a small boutique that defines it as utilization = number of billable hours/2,080 and full bonus payout occurs at 80% plus.
