I have completed all rounds of interviews with Citius for Healthcare BA round. I feel incredibly optimistic about the learning opportunities here after the managerial round. However I am only seeing negative reviews about the organisation in this group. Can anyone help me understand why. Is it a bad company? Honest answers please.

So I've been applying for jobs with various brands who are owned by the same parent company. They are all separate brands but owned by the same company. All my applications are under one login with the parent company's website. My question is, can HR and recruiters from the different brands see all my open applications (including those with the other brands) or just the ones that concern the brand they work for?
