Apply as soon as jobs post (within first hour ideally), use AI to optimize your resume and LinkedIn. Practice interviewing with AI tools. Try to keep a positive mindset and connect with others or join online job search communities to network.
At this point I’d stop spraying out the same resume everywhere and tighten it per role, even if it’s annoying. A lot of no-response stuff ends up being either weak keyword match or the resume just not showing impact fast enough in the top half.
I’d also look hard at formatting if you’re using anything fancy, since ATS systems still butcher tables, icons, and weird section names. One thing that helped me was comparing the resume against the actual job post line by line, not just relying on one generic version.
If you want a quick sanity check, I’d run it through something like Jobscan, ResumeJudge, or Resume Worded and see whether the problem is keywords vs layout vs content. Also curious, are you getting no replies on every role, or only on the ones with the big one-line auto screeners like Workday?
