Hi everyone,
I have a total 9+ work ex in Devops and Release Management. Did an executive mba with a goal of breaking into Program management but got recruited into Management Consulting . In this company for the past 3 months.
I feel that my overall skills are better off in a TPM/Program Management role.
My overall experience makes me eligible for most PM roles.
My question is how do I prep for a TPM role since I don’t have development or Scrum Master exposure. Amazon India VMware BrowserStack Inc.

Can't really give you a percentage, but can say that consulting firms and non-technical recruiters do like cloud certs. And that getting DS interviews with a grad degree is much easier that without, though the market is quite impacted with MS grads already
Over time, a good firm will cert you or do a masters degree. Technically, you need neither. With that said, if the doors are shut in your face, get the masters degree. If that doesn't land people interested in you, get a minimum certification from Microsoft, Salesforce or Adobe and get the company to pay for your next levels instead of you.
