Just remember to be open to opportunities at this point, don’t limit yourself to what would have been your dream or an ideal job. No one is doing growth strategy, that’s basically not even a thing in a recession, it’s all about survival at this point.
I graduated college in 2009, had a consulting offer in October of senior year, had it rescinded in May 2 weeks before graduation bc of a hiring freeze. I took every interview I could get regardless of the job or if I wanted it. Took a job in the federal government, assumed I would quit in a year when the economy got better, ended up staying 5 years. You never know where life is going to take you.

This. Last recession was rough but I stayed flexible and ended up taking an indirect route to consulting
Just apply and reach out to recruiters and alumni/connections and explain the situation. It is evidently not your fault that the firm ran itself to the ground.
Why don't you post to your LinkedIn Network and also comment what you're looking dor/what you bring so people can help you here.
Do not mention that you are not open to tech consulting (even if that’s how you feel internally. Filter out those interviews on your end later if you get them). It comes off that you think you are too good for certain kind of roles which is a turn-off for recruiters and firms.

Did you turn down offers from other firms? They may be a fair starting point to reach back out to and see if they’re hiring / still interested. You may be more successful with this approach if the other firms are smaller, but even if they’re big firms, I think it’s worth a shot.
I did turn down 2 offers. I have reach out to these firms and inquired about their hiring needs. Sentiment seemed so-so. Very “if we need you we will let you know.”
Nervous that they are also spooked into taking on more analysts because of current uncertainties.
Certainly valid advice though, thank you.

I would reach out to your school and ask for advice. They may let you rerecruit with other seniors this year.

Deloitte federal is hiring, you should look there
Anything in terms of leads on referrals for interviews at reputable firms would be immensely appreciated (MBB, Big4, Tier2, ACCN, Boutiques, etc).
I am extremely well prepared for the interview process, just need a foot in the door.
Why was the offer rescinded?
COVID killed projected demand and my whole analyst class had our offers pulled
