I joined Pwc in nov, but since then has been on only 1 project which was just for 3 weeks. Is this a serious issue as the utilization will be low? And ideally putting bench code for all these days or should it be a mix of training and bench code. Please advice. TIA!

Most important question:

1. I was on bench in my company since April 2022, So since may I was started looking for the opportunities for better pay but didn't got any offer still attending interviews.
2. In June 2022 i got know that I will have to work on 2 client's project which will be 50% 50% allocation on both sides.
3. I will be getting offer soon from one of the MNC, In that case what should I do?? Should I resign or go ahead with 2 client's project in my organization??

Beginning to consider going in house (4th, corp) - I really haven’t thought about what I want, partly because I’m not sure what’s out there/attainable. Is it a bad idea to start by applying to a couple positions that interest me and seeing where that gets me? what is the pay range for role - manager 1 assurance at pwc sdc kolkata?i have 6.5 yoe and joined at 21lpa + 10% vp, four months back. managers from other big 4 start around 28lpa. does sdc kolkata pay m1 this much only or have they underpaid me? i am considering dropping paper and looking out again.
