If I'm asking for 50LPA for a position in Hyderabad, how much should I quote for the same position if it demands me to relocate to Bangalore ??

I'm currently in a 3BHK in a rented flat in a gated community in Hyderabad paying ~42k towards (rent + maintenance).
In my current role & company, I can WFH completely.

I once asked a colleague at a radio company how much he's paid monthly, and he outright refused to tell me. In fact, he found it very odd that I asked. I later learned that he was making double my salary. I know it's not an employee's job to fix pay inequity by sharing their salary figures, but I'm still of the opinion that it helps uncover pay gaps.
