Ive cleared threee rounds of technical interview at walmart for role of Staff, Software engineer post.
Expecting hr rounds now.
Questions:
1) How much salary can i expect from walmart? Base ? Stocks? Rsus? My current ctc is 28lpa(25 lpa fixed, 3 lpa variable) 7 yoe.
2) Job posted is for Bengaluru location, team consists of 5 members currently 3 being in the Us and two in bengalore.
I am based in Delhi, can i get Gurgaon as my location. The hiring manager says he is looking in to it

Could someone please suggest how to handle this situation?
My manager (Technology Director) sees me as an emerging thread to his position and stopped sharing details / trying to avoid including me in visible projects etc.,
FYI - His manager is the division head and Managing Director.
Why I think my manager tries to move me out?
- I am 18 YOE with a technically strong background
- Upper mgmt is starting to identify me as the backup for all systems. My manager tries to move me out since then

I am an SAP TM consultant, and I wish to relocate to one of the European countries or US.

Having a hard time finding a job without a work permit. I’d appreciate if you can help me with a referral.
