Being promoted to Director of Sales Development at my current company. Based in Toronto.

My base is being bumped from 110 to 125, and OTE for another 50 up from 35 CAD.

I personally know a few SDR managers that make more. Am I being lowballed? I don’t want to come off as sounding ungrateful for the promotion.

I’m up for a promotion at work and I have no idea how much to ask for since it’s not a standard position. Currently I’m a team lead and manage about 8 technicians, my promotion will be to a regional service delivery manager, and I will be managing over 30 in 3 locations. I went from a tier 1 engineer in managed servers to team lead with about a 10k increase in salary.I’m thinking about a 15k increase this time from 65k to 80k. Anybody in managed services have a similar position to compare

Do I go for a promotion even though I’m being told it isn’t a home run? Is there a backlash/ detriment to declaring for one and not receiving? Would I be wasting folk’s time? This is my first run at a promotion outside the Army.

As a third year experienced associate, I am up for promotion this year. I know for a fact that all the managers and directors whom I have worked with are very supportive of my promotion. I had perfect snapshots with performance differentiators. But my utilization and over time has been lower than the required metric. It was around ~82% and only ~150 hrs of over time. Should I still be hoping for the promotion or should I start looking out for better opportunities?

I was hired within the last year as a site supervisor. I did well my first few projects with the company. They asked if I’d be interested in transitioning into a construction manager role. I agreed. Now I still am the site supervisor on projects but I’m also doing all the construction manger duties on the project as well. Essentially 2 jobs for one salary. CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.
HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.
