Hi folks, I've accepted an offer from Monitor Deloitte as a Strategy Consultant. Although in the offer letter, the name of the company is Deloitte India LLP. Just wondering if anyone else has gone through the process and is currently working at Monitor. I wanted to understand about the projects, hierarchy and overall culture at Monitor. Hide your 3 months NP until you clear all rounds..
Step 1. Tell new company that you have official notice period as 90 days and it's negotiable upto 45 days. Once you get the opportunity to seat for the interview then clear it and tell them that you'll join in 60 days.
Step 2. Once you have the offer in hand, resign in your current company, aggressively start applying for jobs post resignation. I am hopeful that you'll get one more offer here.
Step 3. Now just 15 days before, tell the company from where you've the offer(ref step1) that you'll need 30 more days to join as it got extended due to some reasons(highlight any reason).
Most likely they will extend your joining date. But even if they don't you still have another offer(ref step2)
Worst case scenario:
1. You don't get first offer itself(highly unlikely)
2. Step 1 company don't extend the joining date(highly unlikely)
3. Step 2 no other offer(who cares if you already have an offer)
Worst case pro scenario:
Company is not extending the joining date and you also have no other offer.... In that case bro, just remember one thing, last 30 days of notice period is Golden days... I believe in you, you'll find opportunity, you deserve... You just need one vacant position ;-)
Pro tip:
Complete your profile 100% on naukri.
Apply in 30 companies everyday.
In profile section of Naukri, update your notice period to 30 days as they don't have option of 45 days.

Now I have started getting call for interview I have updated np to 60 days 😀😀
Even I would suggest not to resign without having single offer letter. Instead you can convince the HR that you can get early release. This way you will atleast get opportunity to be interviewed.
