Recently I got offer as Senior

Analyst-Talent in Deloitte USI Once I join the company will My designation and Title will be as Senior Analyst?

3-Years of experience in Data analysis with 4.8LPA now I got offer for 9 LPA with position as Senior Analyst in Deloitte USI is it good? Btw my joining is on 21st April 2025 Hyderabad anyone with me?

I’m a second year BigLaw associate that pays market. I was offered the position at a modified salary and hourly expectation due to their expected work flow needs. I’m wondering what is the best way to approach the topic of getting on the full salary/hours. Do I wait until the bonuses are given at the end of my first year? Or bring it up at mid-year review? My sister had received an offer letter for the "Functional Consulting - Analyst" role on 7th September, 2021. Been over a year now but have not heard back anything.

Although when we were able to get in touch with an HR, we were assured that we would be receiving a call letter after a month/week but that was 4-6 months back... No correspondence since then.

Anyone in a similar situation? Is there a clear way to know when the call letter would be released?
