Join Wipro as Technical Architect in March first week! 

I am from .Net background with 10YoE. They have assigned me UHG client. Till now, they scheduled 2 client rounds for two different projects. 

For 1st project/client round - I answered all the questions with the coding problem. Still that panel didn't select me.

For 2nd Optum project/client round - This is also didn't go through.

The practise partners are looking for projects to assign.

For those who travel every week to the client location - Do you file H1B location ammendment for every client you go to? I travel every week and am staffed on 8-12 week projects.

Starting a new project tomorrow and I feel completely overwhelmed. Already feel burnt out from the past couple of projects I’ve been on... when is it time to call it quits?

Just switched to a gud org with gud perk,pay,project work but My boss is the epitome of a**h*** reasons-
Onboarded me on a huge project (12 phase proj) with no KT, only gave docs to read from.
He was handling this proj till phase 4 but has completely withdrawn out without proper transition.
I cannot make decisions and my decisions are overridden by him.
I have 2 yrs experience and it's now my onus to negotiate with PPL in VP,EVP position and also handle testing & dev team.

Looking for advice on defending depositions. I am a first year associate and am defending my first deposition next week. I reviewed the prior transcripts from this case, and there were objections to what seemed like proper questions. Is there a strategic reason to object beyond improper form? For example, if my client is asked something that could be harmful (or at least make us look bad), should I just object? Very worried this transcript will be ex. I’m new to the firm. My third project my manager was very hands off. He’s wants to have a discussion with me about my performance. He did not give me any support to work with; even when I asked! And my direct manager agrees with him, but it was my third week. What to do? I feel like I’m going to say something crazy. Any advice?

Hello guys, I am a ML Engineer by profession and have recently heard about the AI Centre of Excellence at TCS.

I've that the COE team is supposed to guide TCS employees on client end. However, I've also heard that as they do not generate any profits, TCS moves them to client side as soon as possible.

Could anyone please share some insights about work at the AI COE at TCS? How's the team and how's overall growth in terms of skills and payscale? Are there any drawbacks of joining AI COE?

How do people feel about 7-ARM? I am getting 3.75% for 7-ARM vs 4.125% for 30-fixed. I typically prefer 30-fixed, but the monthly p&i will be lower by $300 and closing cost will be $4k lower. Unsure about ARM products, as we all don’t know where the rate will be in a few years…

For all new home buyers, at what stage in the construction process are you experiencing delays?
