Has any firm in Canada reverted back from salary freezes during Covid? Aka gone back to pre-COVID salary bands. This question may be more for the strategy shops....I.e. I heard S& in the US is giving people raises in January to meet pre-COVID bands (but don’t know if this is happening in PwC). What are people seeing in Canada?

Hi- I’m an hourly AA, been on the role for 6 months now and it’s my first AA job. I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center). I assist two VPs and now they want to add a third because they’re looking for the “ 3:1 ratio “. Should I ask for a raise? Is this normal? This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

I have cleared 2nd round(managerial) with TCS direct project recruitment and waiting for salary negotiation. I'm confused whether to join TCS now itself (which might be too soon to settle down) or go for CTS for next 2 years. Please suggest me. My priorities are Steady growth, Work life balance, Job security.
