I am currently unhappy in my role and don't want to be client facing anymore and have more of an interest to work in investments. I just finished doing Python Investment Analysis courses for equities and fixed income securities. I am considering taking my Series 79 to move into investment banking while I continue to study for my CFA. Thoughts? What exam provider is best?

Hi guys currently I'm working in a project with very stringent timelines. Sometimes we need to put more than 13-14 hrs each day. There are 4 members in my team. Two are involved in database prt and me and my lead are involved in the front end and middle layer prt. Somehow my lead is not at all pleased with my work. And even if I try to talk to him for something he is completely rude. Sometimes it makes me that I m completely useless. Even the other team members are following the lead

Not Even getting calls if I Update as 3 Months NP ? And please let me know when is the good time to resign and search since I heard hiring will slow down now in the Year End

I’ve been a freelance print production designer for many years, and usually on-site in the before times. Now I work remote, and am finding it uneasy dealing with billing. Before I always billed hourly, which made sense, but it’s becoming an issue now. Some companies don’t have a full days’ work, so it seems wrong to bill full days, and it allows me to juggle projects for different companies, but my billable hours are down.
