Hello, I got an offer from Deloitte consulting firm. If I accept the offer within couple of days, how long it takes for H1b transfer process. I understand that USCIS will only take maximum of 14 calendar days (premium processing) for approval in case of no RFE but i would like to understand internal Deloitte timelines. Thanks in advance.

Can I enter the US when I have H1B change of employer petition approved but employed with my current company and serving notice period? Which company’s I-797 form do I show immigration? Do I tell them about switching jobs, etc.?

I have been looking since August and so far no offers/ companies ending the interview once they find out I need sponsorship down the line. I am wondering what I am doing wrong. What companies/ jobs should I apply to with my background?

I have filed for 485 in July 2022 and hopeful that it’ll get approved before my H1B has to be renewed in May 2025.
