I am currently supporting our entire C-suite team and directors (10 total) while managing two companies. I am the travel program manager, expense report program manager, and the finance admin. I coordinate travel, manage AP/AR, reconcile the corp card, take meeting notes, create presentations, etc. I also take meeting notes and coordinate events for the nonprofit branch.

I have an offer from teksystems for Hpe client. I have heard there are no fixed hikes in teksystems, Is it true? if yes, then how are the hikes done and how much is the average hike percentage given?

How long it'll take to get promoted from P3 to P4 as a leteral entry in LTI?
How much hike is expected for the same?

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? Is there any insight to how many billable hours this would require, and how much time that would actually be?
