Hello, I'm currently working as a Salesforce developer at a consultancy with a good salary (almost 3 years). Just received an offer from a final client who needs a Salesforce developer. They are moving to Salesforce all their brands and need someone with hand on experience with this technology. Most of the products are developed by other companies and I would be the point of contact for all of them. They are willing to give me a 25% raise.
Should I accept the job or remain in consultancy?

I just finished a big jury trial with a senior partner (SP). There were co-parties w/separate counsel. SP mentally checked out, to the point that co-counsel was asking what SP was doing/if SP was okay. I ended up handling most everything. SP did a few parts but went rogue and did things that were offensive/risky/bad for client. It became clear that SP is not performing like SP used to and may be a liability. Do I tell someone at my firm? Don’t want to offend SP or cause drama, but I’m concerned.

Recruiter for big tech company reached out on LinkedIn about a role. I asked about ballpark compensation numbers and they said they’re only comfortable sharing on a live call. Replied that I often receive LinkedIn offers for roles of paycuts around 30-50% so I want to make sure we’re in the same rough range. Recruiter again said she would only share via live call. Is this a red flag?

Currently senior consultant with 3.5 years work ex + Masters in IE. Google is offering Program Manager role but at L3. The base will be almost the same as current (120k) but the upside is equity.
