I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

Does JPMorgan entertain counter offers ?
I have an offer of 18.5 lpa including bonus.
At the time of HR discussion, I was under the impression that this will be 18.5 fixed + bonus
I already have 19.5 fixed CTC offer from Emids and Indegene is ready to pay 23 lpa including joining Bonus.
I am keen to join JP morgan but I want to negotiate the offered CTC.
During HR discussion, HR said they'll not entertain any counter offers later on

Has anyone left PwC while they still had an outstanding Educational Support Program repayment agreement? What is the repayment process like? Am I required to pay back the amount in full the day I leave the firm or is there the ability to do a repayment agreement? I’m looking at new opportunities and would like to have my new firm take on the amount of the tuition agreement ($14,000) but don’t know how much that might limit my options.

I was around $73 as S1, $79 as S2 and $87 as S3 in the NYC AWM group. Bonus each year was like $3k, $3.5k and $4k.
In NY AWM was split up into 7 groups.
4 of them were Alternative Investments (Hedge/PE).
2 of them were Investment Management (Mutual Funds, Management Companies, EBPs)
1 of them was Real Estate
If you want to learn and grow, I would avoid the Investment Management group - everything is pretty cut and dry there, not much critical thinking required, mostly data entry into templates and learning to manage bulk (some of their rounds will be 100+ funds). The alternatives group obviously you see more variety, the investments aren't all straightforward and there's capital to test. Plus, if you're in NY and looking at exit ops, PE/HF will want you from this group. The real estate group, I can't speak for them.
I doubt it. NY is massive - think ~200 people per sub group totalling ~1,400 in the AMG practice in NY.
