Really trying not to spiral, and my practice group leader has been openly hostile to and dismissive of me lately. I haven’t mentioned my depression/anxiety to him because we’re not exactly getting along swimmingly, but I don’t know who else to talk to about my MH. Fighting with my wife hasn’t helped either. Really not sure how to handle it aside from counseling but that isn’t getting me anywhere fast. Thoughts?

Best thing to watch to bring in the new year? My family is drunk/exhausted and will def not make it past 11pm.

Want some feedback for Employees Assistant Program (EAP) by Capgemini which provides facilities to connect with Therapist.
Actually I am going through some tough times(going through a divorce), want to connect to EAP to discuss my mental health issues.
I had connected once and they say that the conversations are strictly confidential.
Just wanted to know do they really keeps stuff confidential or can they inform my Manager regarding the personal conversations.

Anyone with anxious attachment tendencies? Going through a breakup and I keep thinking about how I pushed him away and then am down on myself, replaying memories in my mind. I want to do an MBA in the next 2 years. I’m currently up for Senior consultant promotion but I don’t think I can make good money in consulting till I become Partner. My boyfriend isn’t supportive of this decision. He believes it will alter our plans (marriage, children etc). He also thinks immigration will be a big hassle since I’ve already used my 3 years of OPT. What should I do?

I have one query, i received survey mail from ey gds regarding joining date and location preference, so it mean iam selected or any other round happens? Because i give self recorded video interview on 7th feb and i recive survey mail on 7th March which i filled on same day and in joining date there are two options 25 March and 25 April ,wheres i select 25 april but there is no communication after survey mail so what should i do?

How is Flipkart for Work life balance? I have ~5 years of exp and hold an offer of 32 + Stocks. Also the expectation is to know Java but during the interview process , there was no discussion of Java or any questions asked. Although the team has asked me to invest some time in learning Java but I’m skeptical about all of this as the position is Data Engineer II so not sure how the expectations will change. Even if I invest time in learning Java I can be at a beginner level.
