Recently attended the TCS interview for the role of cloud architect and it went well.

HR asked me to upload all the documents and verified.
Then HR called me to discuss the salary and told me that she will inform the management.

Almost 3 working days after the call, haven't received any updates! Tried to call HR but not picking up the call. I assume it's because of these continuous holidays.
Is this usual!
Please let me know your thoughts and suggestions.

Over the last couple of months I’ve interviewed for a number of jobs and made it to second and third round interviews but never got an offer. My last interview was on Monday and I got feedback that I did not get selected because it did not seem like I was a a team player. 1. Capgemini - Kolkata, Manager C2 | 27 LPA (Fixed 24.5)
2. TEKsystems - Remote, Senior Engineer | 31 LPA Fixed

(I am based out of Kolkata)

Honestly I don't know much about Teksystems, other than what I've read in Glassdoor. I liked their interview process though.

Please factor in job security as well in your suggestions.
