Exp: 2 years as unpaid business analyst trainee in Investment banking and insurance . 1 year as freelancer BA and administrative Assistant( 1.3 L earned in 11 months) . getting rejected in almost every interview because of not having corporate experience and proper pay slip. I'm an executive MBA holder as well. feeling stuck. any suggestions?

Hi Everyone! I have a background in health research. I received my first offer as a ux researcher 3 (1 step below senior) which is pretty competitive compared to my former field. It is with fanduel for 120k base, 6% bonus (8% next year since I’m not starting in jan) , I believe 10% in equity (12.5% next year) total comp 130. I’m extremely grateful but just wanted to see if this was acceptable for the industry. I’m mixed methods and they want to build out their quant side. Should I accept as is?

My family mistreated me when I was younger, and now that I don’t live at home, they don’t call or bother to look for me, because frankly, I think they have a hard time admitting what happened - and will never apologize to me either.
