I had an interview with a recruiter in the past who works at this company and they had moved me to the next round with the hiring manager for a different position. Should I reach out to the recruiter to let them know that I applied to the job and be on the lookout for my application?

Interviewing at Microsoft for a Senior Program Manager role. The recruiter said PMs at Microsoft are technical and some of the interviews will focus on technical questions/design problems. I’ve worked for a medical consultant company in Houston the last two years doing various things from billing to patient care to even doing medical records request. I have been looking for a job preferably where I can put my masters in healthcare administration to use but most of the jobs I went to apply for I qualify for everything but the management and supervisory years.

Does having planned time off nullify a full time employee’s ability to use the C19 sick leave if they become sick just prior to the planned time off?
