Hi All,
I just got a call from KLA Company's HR that I have cleared final round and there is a HR round today evening for salary discussions.
The role is for Frontend Developer(Angular).
I have 3.1 years of experience.
CCTC - 13.2 LPA (all fixed)
Holding offer of 17.5 from service company in Pune.
Does anybody have any reviews for this company for the s/w department?
How much should I ask?
What are the other ways I can negotiate? Like do they provide RSUs?
KLA Corporation
Thank you

It actually sounds like you've done a decent job diversifying your experience. I think right now the next step would be determining what direction you'd like to pivot toward. You have a solid background, and getting your CFA was definitely smart. Just need to determine what types of roles interest you and then identify next steps to make the transition. Are you looking to stay in the finance realm or exit altogether?
I’m not in that world, but keep your head up. That’s all a lot of experience that many of us don’t have which will give you last long runway.
Hmm I think exit opps is VERY subjective and I guess the question has to be, what do you want to do? or like what skills do you want to develop further? I agree with a1, you have a lot of diverse experience. I would consider doing some networking to see what kind of opps come up
I know this isn't answering your question about where to go career-wise, but you mentioned feeling depressed. I think it's worth taking some time to explore that feeling. Sometimes it's not work-related, but it feels like it when work is where you spend most of your time. I would encourage you to talk to your doctor or even schedule teletherapy to gain some personal support as you are making big career decisions. Good luck :)
