Ok let me give this a shot... a partner sales manager primarily focuses on helping amazon sellers understand the strengths and weaknesses of different partners and helping them to "bring in" partners to appropriate opportunities when they arise.
A partner development manager will be dedicated to one or 2 partners and their focus is to help grow the number of partner-led opportunities with that specific partner.
Partner enablement is focused more around create programs and incentives for partners to be successful.
Partner success manager... not sure. Maybe more around tracking successful engagements /amount of revenue driven etc.
