All three are at great brands. I’d say Amex/visa seems more technical being a product manager (guessing it’s closer to product owner vs project/program?) so I’d base it on the role. Do not pick a job based on a “might” as I doubt finance companies will ever go fully remote

We don't hope for anything in this market. I'd do some Glassdoor research on culture, but Amex has higest comp so I would go with that. You don't have to stay there forever if you don't like it. Coming from a person who moved three times during the pandemic
Amex has great work culture
Only thought is moving from tech to finance. The lines are blurring more and more and this may not matter but just consider if it looks like an industry switch. That isn’t a problem but you may get asked later “why did you switch from tech to finance?” even though your function may be same.
Again, this wouldn’t be a red flag, just something to explain.
