I need help to make a career related decision and would appreciate the support. What looks best on my cv after leaving Amazon?

1- Linkedin Program Manager that pays around 15-20k less with hopes for progression to senior level within 12 months and it’s fully work from home (which I enjoy)
2-Amex product manager - highest comp and can potentially go fully remote (not sure about culture)
3- Visa product manager pay is in the middle but working from home seems to be an issue.

Seeing Cooley do a 180 from fully remote to 3x a week in the office has me insanely grateful that I took a fully remote position while they were available.

I live an hour from my office and I actually go in quite a bit because I like my colleagues a lot, but everyone in my group is across the country so there’s no pressure and I can’t be forced. Thank the lord.

Subject matter expert with my CPA. I’m completely fed up with the compliance aspect of public accounting Tax but don’t mind the technical side. Does it make sense to become an attorney to get out of compliance work and still do something related to specialty tax?
Or do I just go the college professor route? Wouldn’t mind working @ BNA or something like that either but I’m seriously fed up with everything about tax compliance and can’t keep doing this

Reviewing a salary offer for a Benefits Manager position in Greensboro, NC industry is retail. Offer made of $95k with 18% bonus. I have 16 YOE, degree in Business, and PHR and Shrm certification. My H1B is set to expire in Aug 2022, my employer is filing my extension, assuming I will get it till aug 2025 and I need to go to stamping.Parent is sick, needs to undergo a surgery. I want to go to India, to be with her during this time. My question here is if I go for visa stamping will I get stamping till Aug 2022 or aug 2025?
If I get stamping till Aug 2025, Can I come back before aug 2022 without any issue?
If I get stamping till Aug 2022, will there be any issues at port of entry

I got a decent deal on a small 1 bed in a luxury building (hell’s kitc). Should I do a 12 month lease or 24m?

Got the rent negotiated to under 3k + free amenities for a year (gym, pool, etc.). I’m afraid rent will atleast go back to the original price (+5%) and then some. The building has some sort of rent control but that’s predicted to go away in less than 1 year as per the lease. The legal rent limit is way higher.

I need help. I constantly pick at my beard for the last two years. It is creating holes and looks terrible. How can I solve this. I tried a number of things to keep my hands busy. Also how can I grow my beard thicker?

I recommended a candidate for hire to a manager that reports directly to me. This person is a perfect match, but wanted the manager to obviously recommend. It has to be a fit. The manager just told me my recommendation is not her top pick. I feel frustrated because as much as we talk about the position, I wonder if we are mot aligned on criteria. What do I do? Do I push more for the person I want or will I cause an issue with the hiring manager? How do I get her to see this person’s value?
