I understand that most of the positions started with shift timing that aligned with the developers but we see a change in trend now. What are your work hours ? Please mention your YoE as well. I work as a Business Development Manager at a sports club.. I’ve been given a couple of months “trial” in the 6 figure and above sales in which I don’t see going back to my other role on lower sales. This was a somewhat good move for me until I consider missing out on commission each month that was more than my salary. (£25k salary, over £2k per month commission)
