Hey everyone I’m currently getting my masters in biotechnology and medical cannabis therapeutics. I’m thinking about getting my PhD in biomedical sciences within the next year but I’m wondering if it’s worth it? If possible could someone provide me with some of the job titles in pharma or biotech that require you to have a PhD?

As an experienced, SHRM certified HRBP , I would just like some feedback on your opinion of the differences in the roles between an HRBP an HR Manager besides the obvious that the manager should have direct reports. I am an HRBP and work in step with 3 HRM’s. They all 3 just got out of cycle raises of between 5-20% 😳 and I received nothing. I am prior military and went to law school.
