I’ve got two offers: one from Samsung SDS for Associate Manager in Prompt Engineering/GenAI (28 LPA CTC) and another from IBM for Band 7A Senior Data Scientist (25.05 LPA fixed, up to 28.75 LPA with variable). I’ve also cleared 2 interview rounds with EPAM and McKinsey.

If I make it through, which one should I go for? And between IBM and Samsung, which one seems like the better option overall?

I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?

I just graduated and I have made it pass the third interview which was a two part working interview that I will receive compensation for. I have BS degree in healthcare professions and wanted to know if 40k is too low of salary to start off as a compliance officer for a pharmacy that provides discounted medications. My first 3 months will be training for my position but I will be paid the same. The job hasn’t offered me a dollar amount yet and I want to be best prepared.
