YOE: 5 Years, Data Analytics

1.Mastercard - 19.3 LPA(18 fixed + 1.3 variable) (Analyst role: career level: 8) . I feel Senior Analyst should have been my role considering experience.

2.HSBC - 19.8 fixed + 3.9 variable = 23.7 LPA, Manager role(band: 6)

3.EXL Health Care(SCIO) - 21 fixed+3.5 variable +1 joining bonus = 25.5 LPA. Band B1.

Any suggestions of benefits, WLB, career growth, job security etc.,

I was working in a pure production support project from last 2.5 years, somehow i lied on my experience and studied on my own and got some offer for developer role .
But i m afraid now that i haven't worked in real life dev project, will they fire me ? How hard it will be to cop up ?

Can we re-negotiate the package after offer letter has been released ?

Is it bad to change jobs every 2 years? I seem to always be chasing something better.

Senior engineer making 135k and I was offered a promotion to engineering manager after completing a development plan. Near the end of the plan and I expect compensation talks to start soon. Based on some research around Boston and my role in the company, I feel 165k plus 10-15% bonus is fair. Nonetheless, first time going through something like this and asking for thoughts and comments. Hello! I was offered a position at the middle of the posted salary range. I exceed every one of the requirements and all but one of the preferred qualifications. (I will have my Supervision designation in a few months.) Should I negotiate a higher salary now or when I obtain my new license? I’ve started working at this law firm back in March of this year. I wasn’t too familiar with the law field and was in school to become a paralegal.
