1.Mastercard - 19.3 LPA(18 fixed + 1.3 variable) (Analyst role: career level: 8) . I feel Senior Analyst should have been my role considering experience.

2.HSBC - 19.8 fixed + 3.9 variable = 23.7 LPA, Manager role(band: 6)

3.EXL Health Care(SCIO) - 21 fixed+3.5 variable +1 joining bonus = 25.5 LPA. Band B1.

Any suggestions of benefits, WLB, career growth, job security etc.,

Should I get a CPA for Transaction Due Diligence?
I’m a new grad working in FDD and I’m trying to decide if becoming a CPA is worth it. I do not plan on staying in accounting in the future. I’m more interested in strategy work. I certainly do not want to do Audit. Would you recommend getting the CPA considering my career aspirations? Do you think it’s worth it? If not, what is the best way to use my time efficiently?

Long post alert; I have been interviewing with a b4 for a senior con role since Mar end. Cleared all the rounds including case study and got strong rating as well as good feedback. Fast forward to last week, the talent POC calls me up and informs that she has asked the business if the position is still open, because now they just need the business approval to roll out the offer. I immediately felt demotivated as to ‘why now’ after all rounds have been cleared (continued in the comment below)

I'm 22 and planning to take a life insurance. I'm comparing all policies and max life seems attractive as it has good claim settlement ratio and less premiums. But there is no office near our area. My worry is that if there is a need to claim in future, it can be done all online by my nominee? Is it recommended to take policy online in any platform(like policybazaar)?
Other options I'm considering are SBI life, HDFC life which offices are available in my locality.
