What is the typical day's work of someone working in an Data Analytics role?

Senior devops engineer YOE 10 - 18LPA + 20% variable. Tech stack : Azure, devops. (Worked on data analytics, containers, databases too)
I'm a working mother but I do my job well. I settled down with this job since it's permanent WFH.

I still deep down feel that I'm getting underpaid and doubtful about normalised pay between male and female employees that I can't prove.

I am supposed to join PwC India (management consulting) in 3 weeks. PWC offered me a 23% hike on base pay which was fine 2 months back.

Now in efforts to retain, my firm is revising pay and will probably match that hike and there will also be a 20% bonus.

Can I use these data points to leverage a joining bonus from PwC? What are your thoughts?

I am confused with two offers,
One is from Kpmg global with 16 fixed and 1 lakh joining bonus (there will be sure shot deduction of 16k each month for Pf as this is how they have fixed component structure. Total ctc - 16
Second is hexaware with 16.15 fixed and total ctc is 18.
