I have joined tcs last month with pakage of 7.1 lpa .
But I see as per market value this is not good package (I feel I am under paid) .
Should I start to look for jobs?
And can I join TCS after few years again?
And also tell what is the fair package for 3years of experience person

For 3 yrs...market value is atleast 10-12 currently. You are highly underpaid. With hiring Freeze in trend you should take a decision soon.
The fact that you have joined for 6 months only...you have to ans lot of ques that why leaving so early be prepared for that.
As far as i know, Once u leave TCS u cant join again ..

yes right..companies are now holding back while releasing offers now..many companies have already reached their hiring targets..so they are cautious to give higher packages too..for them its is either take or leave...
If u leave tcs I think u can't join tcs again . And the package depends upon ur cctc and not on the yoe .
If u attend interview u will be getting around 10 LPA that too depends since u have been working in tcs only for 1 month , so u can't expect a organization to give u more than 10 LPA .
Since u will be in notice period which will be 1 month I guess since u would still be in prohibition period .within 1 month u have to choose the better organization with ur expected package .
So u can decide on that don't take any descision in hurry .
Actually u shouldn't have stopped with 7.1 ,before joining the tcs itself u should have attended more and increase package.
But still there are many product based organisation which u can look into so that u won't regret leaving tcs . Attend interview and get min package of 10 LPA from the first company drop the paper and try for few more jobs in notice period and get ur package increased.
Try to join the mnc with 10 LPA , if u get in any small company or startup ignore it and search .don't get rushed in putting the paper.
TCS gives 2.5*yoe and outside you can get 3*yoe to 4*yoe.
Means you can get 9-12 LPA outside. You can't rejoin tcs once you leave but question is why would you want to. For job security wise Infosys and HCL are TCS 2.0
he is telling abt salary...tcs can give u salary utpo 2.5 * yoe ..
Switch again. There should be plenty of opportunities at your exp level.
In TCS, you will get peanuts hikes which will demotivated you more
what is ur tech stack...based on that somebody could share the approx. package for 3 yrs

Actually yes,I was asking this just because of job security.
I will start searching for jobs and see where it goes. Even I think 15lpa is decent amount as for my experience and knowledge person

If you got good project stay in TCS for few more years and then switch.
Never switch during probation for higher pkg as this might not add any value to your work experience.
