Hi fishes, what are the chances of Pwc AC rescinding an offer, given the market condition. The offer letter I have received seems to be generic and doesn't look it is for a specific project. The role seems to be generic. I am a little hesitant, specially because of HR's behaviour who doesn't seem to care responding to my queries and ignores all my emails and calls. Any advice?

Friday it is! Finally almost end of week!!
Hi All,
Persistent Systems is giving 10% variable on gross annual CTC. HR says you would receive minimum 70% of variable pay every month and remaining 30% will credited once a year at the end.
Does anyone has idea on this? Can I believe this and include 70% variable in my take home

This is something I've had to deal with too. Work culture is an important factor that'll impact your professional life and personal to some extent. Try bringing it up during the connections survey. If that doesn't help I suggest you approach upper management.
It's very common. I'm so sorry you're caught inthis situation too. I went through the same thing when I started out. Have you tried maybe going over to someone's desk? I haven't done that a couple of time because lets face it, work still need to be done.
Yeah I should've done that but this covid times ..
I hate it when people are like that smh. If for any reason someone isn't answering you, just hop on here and ask as well. We all have you back.
Have you spoken to your manager? Maybe there is something as a team you guys can do. Communication is key when trying to complete a project, so it's weird that no one is willing to help you.
Yeah did that but he said everybody takes their own ownership here .. so you are responsible for your own life and etc etc
Them not responding to requests for help is concerning. The rest may be understandable (but not great) if they're under a lot of stress and pressure.

That's how it is. Had it been a non Covid time, you could've enjoyed the training with all of your colleagues and get to know them.
It's quite common unfortunately. People get busy, they prioritize themselves and it's not really a collaborative culture. If it continues this way, you will have to raise it above your current manager's head, because that's not really a way to run a team and you're not being as efficient
