1) Stay at Capgemini, likely to be promo'd to Senior Con within next 3 months (TC: $74K currently, around $90K at SC)

2) Accept offer for strategy consultant role in industry (TC: ~$97K)

3) First round interviews for Monitor Deloitte strategy consultant role (TC: $80-90K)

In keeping options open, how would I delay accepting #2 to see how option 3 plays out if a Deloitte offer comes through?

In weekend checked out VTP Peagusus project in Kharadi possession 2025. Project looks promising but when visited the site accept for the towers rest all be it roads or daily basis shops nothing is there yet but they say that till the time of possession roads and everything will be functional. The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft. Please suggest

Got denied promotion. They claim because I need more technical experience and that I have everything else but I need stronger technical acumen and because I don’t have prior implementation experience.

So, I feel like is it even worth trying or should I cut my losses early and try something else. I don’t feel like anything victorious will come out of me trying harder but more work, more responsibility and lower pay.

If I just chill on the bench for long will I still only get fired at the end of the year?
